Las Palmas Atlético will host Yugo-UD Socuéllamos CF this Sunday, last in Group 5 of the Second Football Federation, with the aim of ending the year 2025 with a victory that improves its qualification situation.
The match, corresponding to the sixteenth day of the championship, penultimate of the first round, will be played from 12:00 p.m. in the Annex of the Gran Canaria Stadium and will be broadcast live on the official media of the island club.
Three defeats and a draw in its last four matches are the negative results of the yellow subsidiary, results which have caused it to fall to thirteenth position in the table – possible eliminator of permanence -, with only two margin points above the direct relegation zone to the Third Federation.
For its part, the Ciudad Real team will arrive in Gran Canaria without knowing victory during the month of December, after a draw and a defeat, and is seven points behind Atlético de Las Palmas.
In addition, Socuéllamos will have the significant absence of right-back Álvaro Escobar, sanctioned due to the accumulation of yellow cards.
