Sanchez announces a package of measures that Juntes requires to rebuild the relationship
The head of government, Pedro Sánchez, indicated in an interview on Rac-1 that he assumed “lack of completion and delay” in the measures agreed with Juntes for the 2023 inauguration which, as he points out, “assumes a great opportunity”: “It was not only an inauguration agreement, in my opinion, but it was also an agreement of years of work, dialogue, negotiation and a possible agreement to resolve the political conflict coming from the country.” said Sánchez, who announced that next March the Cabinet would approve “a decree containing some of the agreements we have concluded with the Junts per Catalunya.”
“Primarily, facilitation and flexibility of local entities as well as authorities for financially sustainable investments,” Sánchez explained. He added: “To facilitate compliance with companies’ financial obligations, we will expand the scope of promoting and encouraging the digitization of billing processes within companies.”
