New details emerge about the spicy and disastrous morning that brought lawyer Hans Weberling and two call girls to the 5th police station (central zone). A video, recorded with one of the women’s cell phones, exposes the atmosphere of lust and relaxation that preceded the news of the alleged R$10,000 default reported by the sex workers.
The images, obtained exclusively by the Chronicle, show the defender in a moment of total disinhibition. Far from the formality of the courts, Hans appears dancing enthusiastically, with a drink in hand, in the exquisite gastronomic space of his office, located in the Peninsula of Ministers, in Lago Sul. The space, equipped with a high-end barbecue and sophisticated decoration, served as the setting for the “after” of what began in an upscale steakhouse, in Setor de Clubes Sul.

In the video, you can see the loud music and physical interaction between the trio. The lawyer smiles and interacts with the women, who also appear to be drinking and having fun, suggesting that the “meeting” he spoke of in his testimony turned into a private party filled with alcohol and seduction.
Toasted bread at the BO
The recording is considered a key piece of evidence by the plaintiffs to prove that there was a climate of consensual and, according to them, negotiated intimacy. The women claim that this moment of relaxation in the barbecue area was a “warm-up” for the sexual act that would follow, and which would result in a charge of R$5,000 per person.
Shortly after the video ended, the party gave way to tension. According to the report registered with the Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF), after the triothe promise of immediate payment would have been broken. The lawyer, who in the footage appeared carefree dancing, reportedly changed his position when he was charged, saying he would not pay until the next day and uttering the phrase that marked the case: “You can even call the Pope and I won’t pay.”
Determination
Civil police are analyzing whether the images corroborate the women’s version, according to which there was a contract for sexual services that was negotiated before the orgy that took place in the luxury office.
The contrast between the joy recorded in the video and the arrival of the military police to contain the mood in the luxury office reinforces the complexity of a night that cost dearly – not in money, which the girls pretend not to have seen, but in revealing a scandal within Brasilia’s elite.
The Chronicle reached out to the attorney to talk about the case. However, the defender did not respond to messages. The space remains open for demonstrations.
