The routine of law firms has undergone significant transformations with advances in digitalization and the search for greater efficiency in the management of requests. In this context, the Adali Group announces the integration between the platforms JusDinânico, a proprietary artificial intelligence capable of creating simple and complex documents, and Correspondente Dinático, a solution that acts as a legal correspondence ecosystem.
The combination of tools allows offices to make requests for operational services directly within JusDinânico, connecting to a base of more than 180,000 registered professionals throughout the country, with the aim of eliminating the need for manual contacts, external searches or the use of multiple platforms.
According to Priscila Pinheiro, lawyer and CEO of the Adali Group, the integration was born from actively listening to users, who needed agility and centralization in their routine.
“Many professionals were using separate platforms for office management, legal production and correspondent recruitment. This created dispersion, wasted time and the risk of failure. Combining platforms was a natural step towards a complete legal experience,” he says.
Among the main features is the possibility of requesting requests directly from the platform, without having to leave the system. “Lawyers can contract services such as hearings, copies, protocols and orders, organize their agenda and control deadlines. In addition to receiving automatic notifications. This is intended to promote greater fluidity and traceability of operational actions,” explains Gian Nunes, co-founder of the Adali Group and technology specialist.
He points out that, in practice, sending requests was designed to be simple. “The lawyer selects the type of service desired, indicates the location and details of the investigation, and the system automatically forwards the request to the application of all qualified correspondents in the region,” he says.
“The base is made up of thousands of professionals, which can guarantee agility of response and a variety of options. Interested parties send proposals and the entrepreneur can analyze them, choose the most suitable correspondent and conclude the contract,” he adds.
The integration of platforms covers the entire routine of national operations. The CEO of the Adali Group highlights that services such as conciliation and instruction hearings, physical protocols, process copies, orders, distribution of actions, monitoring of local publications and collection or delivery of documents can be requested within JusDinânico.
“This variety can meet the needs of offices looking to grow at scale and expand their presence in different regions,” he points out.
The reception of proposals is also done in an integrated manner. As soon as the request is published, local correspondents can transmit their conditions, in particular prices and deadlines. The entrepreneur receives these options directly at JusDinático, compares and hires the most suitable one.
“After selection, the contractor contacts the correspondent directly, by telephone, e-mail or WhatsApp. It is also possible to favorite reliable correspondents to facilitate future hiring,” adds Pinheiro.
For Gian Nunes, the union of solutions reflects a trend in modern law. “The union between JusDinânico and Correspondente Dinático aims to enable professionals to expand their geographic reach, without the need for multiple systems or parallel processes,” he concludes.
