Madrid, December 13 (EFECOM). – The former socialist activist Leire Díez left the National Court this Saturday after exercising her right not to testify before the judge, who agreed to release her with precautionary measures.
Díez, who is under investigation in a case involving alleged irregularities in public contracts, left the ramp of the National Court’s office and got into a taxi waiting for her, completely undercover and without making any statements to the media who were waiting for her.
Former SEPI president Vicente Fernández, who is being investigated along with her and businessman Antxon Alonso, also left the National Court in a taxi. EFECOM
