It is now
The year 2025 is coming to an end and as is usual in our country, corruption is at the forefront. The obscenity of what is being uncovered in the AFA far exceeds anything we already knew. On the other hand, when it seemed that the judiciary would take a stand in the Cuadernos case, the unacceptable excuses began and in the end we were faced with a flood of disrespect and ridicule from many defendants that became unbearable. One is eating, another is laughing, another is half-naked, the other is in bed, etc. etc. The largest corruption case in the history of our country must take place in person and with several weekly hearings. Therefore, even if it may seem like a utopia, we ask those investigating the corruption of the AFA not to tremble and that we can soon see the criminals behind bars. On the other hand, given the weight of the evidence that led to the former president being imprisoned with an electronic ankle bracelet (another mockery for the entire Argentine people), we ask the judges Enrique Méndez Signori, Fernando Canero and Germán Castelli, members of TOF 7 in the Cuadernos case, not to delay things further and simply remember the last argument of the prosecutor Diego Luciani, to which we all applaud with our feet: It is now, it is justice or corruption. Gentlemen, the decision is yours.

Labor jurisdiction
The Association of Magistrates wrongly defends the actions of the national labor courts. The amounts of the judgments issued daily by the various chambers of the national labor courts are excessive, arbitrary and contradict the principles established by the Supreme Court. These abuses, which have allowed the emergence of an employment litigation industry, have caused great harm to companies and institutions, which in many cases have been forced to close their doors. In addition, they are one of the causes of the great informality in our country’s labor market due to the labor shortage. Instead of putting itself on alert, the Association of Judges should investigate what the various chambers have done, who were the real beneficiaries of the amounts in the court cases and who is promoting all these causes, some of which are completely fabricated.

Motorcycle jets
Almost two years ago, my life changed in a second: I was “executed” with a shot in the chest at close range during an attempted motorcycle theft as I left work on the Pan-American Highway in broad daylight without defending myself. I miraculously survived. “I’m on borrowed time.” He should be dead. Since then, with determination, I have tried by all means to ensure that what I survived (and I am not an isolated case) serves to change the enormous situation of insecurity that exists in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, where it is reaching unusual proportions to which people are getting used to, coming to terms with it and adapting in a thousand ways to an anomic and dystopian reality in which those who have freedom of action are the criminals. I clarify that I am not a politician, I was a victim, I am an “involuntary” reference and until things change I will not stop. The “cultural battle” I face has a moral side that is dominated by ideology and dysfunctional slogans such as “Stealing is a job, stealing is justified, authority is the enemy, etc.” is crossed out. This must urgently be counteracted through concrete measures. The justification of the crime through ideology and politics strengthened the “Motochorros” subculture. If politicians steal, why not them? Overall, there are no consequences. There is much to be done and many things can be achieved without requiring resources, just political will applied to management. There is an urgent need to strengthen the security forces with responsibility, transparency, seriousness and professionalism without demagogic slogans, political marketing or ideologies. Argentina is one of the most dangerous countries in the world for violent motorcycle thefts and the Motochorros modality would be replicated in other countries. Where is the limit? until when?
There are concrete proposals with immediate effect, a reform of the criminal code alone is not enough, we must be able to take to the streets without it being a case of Russian roulette. How many more cases have to happen before the authorities welcome us and put people over politics? Security is too important to be left in the hands of politicians alone. They don’t just steal motorcycles, they steal our freedom, our passion, our tools and often our lives.
Ah… those who shot me… were never caught.

AFA University
The proliferation of universities promoted by the Kirchner governments denigrated higher education with disastrous consequences for our nation’s recovery. Today this expatriation reaches the grotesque so-called “AFA University”, which is promoted by an organization suspected of criminality and is also characterized by the appointment of a “rector”, which the chosen one accepts with a speech full of nonsense. They insult and despise the intelligence of Argentines.

trainer
In particular, in many clubs and gated communities in the country, residents cannot hire sports coaches or teachers to use facilities such as tennis or soccer courts because the administrations fear labor lawsuits from these professionals. This blocks very valuable employment opportunities for hundreds of fitness trainers. Today, legislation means that even if both parties want to sign agreements clarifying the relationship and separating the neighborhood, these documents are not valid. The result is absurd: to avoid litigation, the work is banned. This situation not only harms employment, but also limits access to sport, one of the most important tools for promoting physical and mental health. In districts with unused infrastructure, there are more and more empty fields simply because renting coaches is not allowed. It would be good if labor reform takes this issue into account and provides clear rules so that neighbors and professionals can interact with each other without exposing neighborhoods or losing sources of employment.
