The tip of the ball
We Argentine citizens see with real horror the level of obscenity displayed by the Argentine football leadership when it comes to managing the resources that it generates for its own benefit through the purchase of priceless real estate and a large number of high-quality collector cars. They also display an ostentatious standard of living. It is worth remembering that for any purchase of a property or vehicle that exceeds a certain value, the Financial Information Unit (UIF) requires a certificate of origin of the funds to prove their legality. This means that the buyer of the property submits to the officiating notary a declaration of the origin of the funds, which is checked by an economist who details the documents he has examined and certifies with his signature and professional seal. This is also legalized by the respective professional council for economics.
While there is debate about whether there are frontmen, monotributists, pensioners or whatever, one does not understand why the judiciary does not go to the sources and examine this documentation, which would be the tip of the great sphere that represents this entire assembly.

New Buenos Aires
I would like to thank Mr. Esteban Bullrich for his patriotism at the service of the country, highlighted in the interview in which he participated with doctors Jorge Colina and Enrique Morad and conducted by journalist Carlos Pagni. Despite the severity of his illness, which left him immobile, he gives all Argentines an example of how an honest man in politics, despite his setbacks, has the courage to serve and love his country until the end of his life. the suggestion they make in the published book A new Buenos Aires “Renewing a Pact of National Unity” is excellent. The main idea is to completely renew the province of Buenos Aires. Recognize two regions: the interior of Buenos Aires, ready to face up, and a “federal urban region” that, by connecting the suburbs with CABA, regains the opportunities that it does not have today as it suffers from deplorable levels of poverty.
In a first phase, Buenos Aires will be divided into three provinces to make it more agile and productive: the northern one, based in San Nicolás; that of the south with the capital Bahía Blanca and that of the Atlantic coast in Mar del Plata. This is of course difficult to implement. But I stand by these words from Esteban Bullrich: “I don’t know how much time I have left, but I know what I have to do with it: love, serve, reconcile and sow hope. This is my guidance, this is my path, this is my faith.”

UCR and federalism
With only a few days left until the election of national party executives, it is good to use common sense and try to make this leadership reflect national realities and respect for federalism. We experienced a situation in the country that had a profound impact on us: More than 40 percent of the population did not vote or felt ignored by the two sides on which the current rift is noticeable. It is necessary that the President and the party authorities find a synthesis between this aspiration and the leadership demanded by the citizens. There are five governors: Jujuy, Corrientes, Chaco, Santa Fe and Mendoza, who reflect what we have highlighted and who achieved overwhelming victories in the provincial elections, in some of them even far exceeding those in the national elections. Perhaps they symbolize things they have done: Jujuy with its renewable energy; When it comes to lithium exploitation, there is now so much talk about what they will produce in a few years and about improving the situation of the working population. In Corrientes, perhaps sticking to their old formula that they were always able to help Argentina on their own, they faced two tremendous dramas, one a historic drought and the other a devastating flood, in both cases only without the help of the previous or this state government, they fought and managed to overcome this drama. Chaco was taken over after a huge embezzlement of funds, symbolized in the inauguration of a school, or in the barbarism of a group fed by national funds, which ended with the massacre of a relative of the leader, already convicted by the judiciary.
We radicals must regain our self-esteem and, without offending, reveal the truth: essentially about the dramas we are experiencing, for example the floods and the suffocation of the Garrahan, because it was the radicalism of the capital in the mayor of Julio Saguier who contributed around 10 million additional dollars to the completion of the hospital.
Finally, I appeal to the role that new generations are taking in defending the public university. Congress has passed the funding bill three times and the executive branch says it doesn’t have the money.

Human rights
On Human Rights Day, it is appropriate to remember that there are already almost 1,000 elderly people, belonging to the armed forces, security services, police, prisons and civilians, who have been dying in custody since 1983, victims of an unconstitutional process of persecution, revenge and extermination. In flagrant violation of human rights, the Argentine justice system has systematically repeated countless legal irregularities committed by Kirchnerism for political interests. As long as these injustices continue – given the deplorable indifference of the national government – our country will not regain the respect and credibility in terms of legal certainty that the country needs to make the investments that will stimulate economic growth and create quality jobs to reduce the level of poverty to which the same people who promoted this legal deviation have brought us.

Pedestrians first
At some times of the day, the city of Buenos Aires resembles a city under siege, with cars and buses (both moving and parked) occupying the streets and avenues. Add to that the roads closed for repairs, the impatient drivers and the buses trying to keep to the schedule at highway speeds. Traffic lights are there to organize traffic and make it more fluid, but they are not enough to relieve traffic and ensure safety. And many are raped. Short paths prevent pedestrians with limited mobility from crossing safely. People with children, wheelchairs, walkers and canes cannot cross as the time available is limited and there are no adequate shelters to allow this with steps or ramps to facilitate this. The streets with Metrobus, which only have one platform per side, or streets like Libertador, Corrientes, Cabildo or Rivadavia force you to have a real race to get to the other side. We hope that the slogan “pedestrians first” will be followed by the authorities.
