Lexa moved her followers by revealing she managed to keep a promise she made in the delivery room of her daughter, Sofia, who died in February this year after a premature birth.

The promise was to take a trip to Orlando, Florida. “This trip had a very strong meaning for me… while I was in the delivery room, I looked at my doctor and said, ‘It’s okay, we’re going to spend Christmas in Orlando, nice with Sosso and it will be really cool… are you up for it?'” the caption reads.
“She looked at me with so much love and said, ‘Let’s go! We will get through this together.” And for a moment, I had given up on keeping that promise. God, ever loving, brought joy to my heart… and everything changed! We kept our promise! My whole family and Dr. Camila’s family,” he added.

The baby, the result of Lexa’s relationship with Ricardo Vianna, died a few days after birth due to an extremely premature birth.
At the time, the singer was hospitalized in serious condition and, given her delicate condition, she had to cancel her Carnival commitments and her concert program. She was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, a condition caused by high blood pressure during pregnancy.
