Ingredients
2 stale loaves of bread, cut into slices of approximately 2 cm
1 cup of milk (tea)
2 eggs
½ can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
Olive oil or oil for basting
Preparation method
Cut the bread into medium slices. In a bowl, put the milk and, if desired, add condensed milk or vanilla essence. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip the bread slices in the milk just to moisten them, then in the beaten egg. Place the French toast in the fryer basket, without overlapping it, and brush it lightly with olive oil.
Place in the preheated air fryer and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking so they brown evenly.
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Remove the French toast from the fryer and immerse it in the still hot mixture. Then serve.
