2. How much does the Treasury take from Christmas Lottery prizes?
The first €40,000 is exempt. A 20% withholding is applied to the remainder.

3. When can they be billed?
Departure: The same afternoon of December 22 (after checking numbers).
Deadline: 3 month mandate. For the 2025 draw, the deadline is March 23, 2026.

5. What to do in special situations?
Shared tenths: leave a recording in writing or on applications (WhatsApp/Bizum) with the data of the tenth and the participants. To recover, go to the bank together.
Loss or theft: Report it immediately to the police station with all possible information and inform Loterías to try to block the payment.
Deteriorated: Do not handle. Take it to an administration so that Loterías can verify its authenticity.
