The musician, who identifies himself as Silvastone and drives a sports car, said he left the vehicle parked on a street without any restrictions while he was traveling. “As you can see. There is no yellow line,” he said in the video.
He reports that, during his absence, he began to follow what was happening thanks to the camera installed on the door of his house. “They make a space for disabled people around my car. It’s crazy!”, he commented.
The images show workers hired by the local traffic department measuring and painting the parking space on November 17. Then, between the 22nd and 26th of the same month, a traffic officer was seen photographing the vehicle, which Silvastone said resulted in four fines being issued. To conclude the note, she ends up parking her own car irregularly, blocking the exit of the third vehicle.

According to the British Highway Code, a penalty for stopping without permission in a space intended for disabled people can cost up to 160 pounds (around R$1,150) with a reduction for early payment.
In a statement posted on social media, Croydon Council said the space was created at the request of a resident and that painting around parked vehicles was “standard practice” to avoid installation delays until the space was free.
According to the agency, during the painting service, one of the employees photographed the car precisely to avoid fines being imposed. At the end of the text, the municipality specifies that the traffic officer responsible for the fine “was unfortunately not informed”.
Despite this, the municipality states that the sanctions were canceled a week before the videos were published, because there was an internal note indicating that the car was on site before painting.
