- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 cans of drained tuna
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 can corn (optional)
- Cream cheese as desired (optional)
- Salt as desired
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste

Preparation method
In a blender, beat eggs, milk, oil, salt, flour and cornstarch until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Add the yeast and whisk quickly until the ingredients are combined.
In a bowl, mix tuna, tomatoes, onions, corn and spices.
Grease the mold with oil and pour half the dough.
Spread the filling over the dough and add a tablespoon of cream cheese as desired.
Cover it with the rest of the dough and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 45 minutes, or until it turns golden.
Take it out, let it cool, then serve it.
