Preparation method
In a blender, place the cooked carrot, eggs, butter and sugar and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the flour and dry yeast and mix lightly.
Gradually add the mixer mixture to the flour, mixing with your hands.
Add the salt and milk little by little, adjusting the quantity according to the dough.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Transfer to a floured work surface and knead until smooth, elastic and reaches sail point.
Divide the dough according to the desired dimensions, roll it and let it rest for 10 minutes covered.
Shape the loaves, place them on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Place in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 20 minutes.
