The Fifth Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia judges this Thursday a man accused of burn your ex-partner’s current boyfriend’s car and causing a fire which affected two other vehicles and several homes located … the side of the cars.
According to the story proposed by the prosecution, provided by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV), the events occurred in the early morning of March 26, 2023 in a street in the Valencian municipality of Alcàsser, where the victim had parked.
According to the prosecution, the man, who was “aware” that the fire could affect other cars and housesset the vehicle on fire at two different points by directly applying a flame.
According to the public prosecutor’s version, the fire spread quickly and affected the cars parked in front and behind the source of the fire, as well as three homes. For all these reasons, the prosecution initially requests a sentence of 13 years in prison against the defendant for the offense of arson.
