Military police responded to the scene and found the teen and man in the room. The victim reported meeting the suspect selling candy at a traffic light. She agreed to the meeting by offering money to pay for her mother’s surgery, in exchange for sex.
The man allegedly asked the young woman to pretend to be an adult and pretend to be dating if she had been questioned. Two glasses and a bottle of beer were found on site. Along with the suspect, the police seized a cell phone, R$154 in cash and a check for R$2,000.
Without papers, the teenager was handed over to the Guardianship Council. The man and manager were taken to the Flagrant department.
