The Civil Guard found dead this Sunday the man who had barricaded himself this Saturday at his home in San Esteban de Literain Huesca, after injuring a member with a knife of an orchestra that was going to perform in the city.
As the newspaper claims Herald of Aragonagents of a unit specializing in similar situations went to the town this Sunday to, after judicial authorization, break into the housesince the attacker did not respond to officers’ requests to leave the property.
The specialists, equipped with helmets and shields, managed to force entry and after gaining access That’s when they found the man’s bodywho had been alone at home since Saturday when he committed the attack.
The events occurred between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., when the victim, who was installing the orchestra’s sound installation to celebrate New Year’s Eve, he was having coffee at the town bar.
According to several witnesses, both came to “cross two words” and, after that, the attacker put on a serious face, took out a knife and stabbed him in the stomach. The victim was immediately transferred to Barbastro Hospital, where he remains admitted although there is no fear for his life.
