Since Saturday afternoon (6), fire crews have been searching for a man who disappeared while swimming in Lagoa da Rondinha, in Cidreira, on the north coast.

Information provided by the military is that Welnatan Alberton Rodrigues, 35, was in the water with his brother-in-law when they both drowned. The relative managed to reach the shore under his own power, but Welnatan did not return to the surface after being submerged.
The activation took place at 3:07 p.m., starting the mobilization of the various relief fronts. Participating in the search are the 9th military fire battalion, divers from the Special Search and Rescue Company, as well as a drone operator and the duty officer.
Actions continue to be concentrated in the lagoon area, where the disappearance was reported.
