A man was arrested in flagrante delicto in the early hours of this Friday (19/12) at QS 08 do Areal, in Águas Claras, after confessing to killing a woman in Águas Lindas de Goiás.
The Federal District Military Police (PMDF) were called around 12:38 a.m. to intervene following a serious incident that occurred on site. During the approach, the suspect said he killed the woman in the municipality of Goiás.

Given this information, the PMDF requested assistance from the Goiás Military Police (PMGO), who went to the address given by the author. On site, the police confirmed the death of the victim. The identity of the woman has not yet been released.
According to PMGO, crews were called in to preserve and seal off the area. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was also called and was on site.
The man was arrested in the act in the Federal District and taken to Police Station 21 (Taguatinga Sul), where the incident was recorded and legal measures were taken.
The report contacted the PCGO, PCDF and PMDF, who said they do not yet have details on the identification of the victim or suspect.
