After a business discussion turned into a police case, Mato Grosso Civil Police (PCMT) investigators discovered that a man identified as Christoper Iauari Ossaka from Toledo was using a false female identity to approach women and maintain relationships.
The case began this Saturday (13/12), when a woman went to a police station to file a complaint after a verbal fight with a person who introduced herself as Misma Cristina Cesma. The conflict was allegedly motivated by a disagreement concerning commercial premises rented by the complainant.
During her testimony, the woman indicated that the disagreement also involved personal issues, as Misma claimed to be a lesbian, leading the complainant’s husband to suspect possible involvement between the two.
According to the report, Misma publicly presented herself as a woman, but in practice she would be a man. Called for clarification, the suspect presented a non-existent document number, which puzzled the police team.
Faced with the inconsistency, a police officer went to the address indicated to find personal documents. At the scene, the suspect entered through the front of the residence and fled out the back, jumping over the wall.
A woman who was there identified herself as a family member and provided an identity document which, upon verification, confirmed that she was Christoper Iauari, who had a criminal record.
According to the investigation, he used a false identity in order to attract relationships. The complainant also stated that she kissed the suspect, believing him to be a woman.
While preparing the incident report, police received information that the man was at a neighbor’s house. He was located, arrested in handcuffs and taken to the police station.
A cell phone in the suspect’s possession was seized. He was charged with crimes of ideological lying and sexual rape.
