Fábia Oliveira’s column discovered that Márcio Garcia had decided to end the year 2025 by resolving some issues pending before the courts. The actor, who is also a businessman, reached a settlement on two lawsuits.
As this column had already told, Banco Safra filed two executions against Márcio Garcia, Adriano Teixeira do Rosário and ATcllor Química, a company in which they appear as partners. The amounts, which exceeded BRL 700,000, referred to loans granted in 2023 and 2024 in favor of the company.

In the first execution, Márcio Garcia, Adriano and the company agreed with the bank to pay BRL 123,500 to settle the overdue installments. They also agreed to pay the remainder of the loan as originally agreed.
In the other case brought to court, the debtors agreed to fully repay the debt of almost R$400,000 in 46 installments. The file should in fact not be closed until August 2029.
