The Federal Police (PF) will collect testimonies from the president of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, the former president of Banco de Brasília (BRB), Paulo Henrique Costa, and the director of the Central Bank (BC) Inspection, Ailton de Aquino Santos, before any planned confrontation at the Supreme Federal Court (STF).
The declarations will be conducted by a PF delegate from 2 p.m. this Tuesday (12/30) at the STF. After hearing the three people, if he considers it necessary, the investigator can indicate to the deputy judge in the office of the rapporteur of the case, Minister Dias Toffoli, that there is a confrontation between the people involved.
