Estudiantes announced that they will have a new sponsor in tomorrow’s final against Racing, and it will be a multinational brand. It was reported that Pincha has reached a sponsorship agreement with Mercado Libre – also a sponsor of Conmebol in the Copa Libertadores – that will come into effect from the deciding game of the Professional Football League’s Clausura tournament and run until 2026.
“The sponsorship includes the incorporation of the Mercado Libre logo into the clothing of the men’s professional team, brand presence at UNO Stadium and marketing activities for fans and members of the club, which will be developed over the course of the season,” they said in a joint statement.

“We are pleased to accompany Estudiantes in this new phase. We see a project with vision, identity, values and international appeal. We want to be part of the energy that the club and its fans generate and continue to support the passion for football throughout the region, as we do with the Copa Conmebol Libertadores, the Copa Conmebol Sudamericana and, from next year, with the local tournament,” said Juan Lavista, Vice President of Marketing at Mercado Libre.
“It is an honor that Estudiantes and Mercado Libre can join forces and embark on the path of continuous improvement together. We know what Mercado Libre means at the regional level, it is a pleasure for us to be able to accompany it and we understand that from our location we can also contribute a lot to our image and identity and that together they will undoubtedly be strengthened.” explained Martín Gorostegui, vice president of Pincha.
