The Court of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) approved, Wednesday (11), by five votes to one, the merger between Petz and Cobasi, conditioned on the sale of a set of 26 stores of the two companies that operate in the pet retail sector united in São Paulo. The union of companies will create a new company with a turnover of more than 7 billion reais and around 500 stores across the country.
