
Former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro (PL) used social networks to denounce the shooting which left 12 dead in Australia this Sunday (14/12). According to her, “the left foments hatred of Jews just as it foments hatred of Christians Charlie Kirk and Jair Bolsonaro”.
According to her, the deaths of innocent people are a consequence of “communist brainwashing”. Michelle also holds high-ranking positions of authority within the Brazilian government and demonstrates solidarity with the Jewish people.
“It remains to be seen whether the highest authorities will show the necessary solidarity with the Jewish people in the face of this terrible massacre,” she said.
Michelle also said the country needs to “wake up”. “Wake up, Brazil! We are heading towards the abyss,” he concluded.

- At least 12 people died this Sunday (12/14) in a shooting on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, as hundreds of people gathered to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah.
- Emergency services reported eight people hospitalized.
- Police initially announced an “ongoing incident” at the beach and ordered the public to avoid the area and “seek shelter.”
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, one of the suspects was shot dead by police and the other was arrested. The suspect who was shot is in critical condition. Two police officers were also injured.
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese told a news conference he would eradicate “hate, violence and terrorism.” More than 40 ambulances, including helicopters, were mobilized.
“This is an act of malignant anti-Semitism, an act of terrorism that has struck at the heart of our nation,” Albanese said.
