Announcing that former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) entered the surgical center to have his phrenic nerve blocked this Saturday (12/27), former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro said he had been having hiccups for nine months.
“My love just went to the surgical center to have the phrenic nerve blocked. I ask you to intercede in prayer that this procedure will be successful and bring permanent relief. Michelle says Bolsonaro has had daily hiccups for 9 months
Two days ago, Bolsonaro underwent another procedure. He had surgery at Christmas (12/25) to correct a bilateral inguinal hernia. The procedure was authorized by the Minister of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, after an examination carried out by the Federal Police.
The former president is serving a prison sentence of 27 years and 3 months for plotting a coup. He was detained at the Brasilia Federal Police Superintendency before being transported to DF Star Hospital.
