Family visits can take place this Thursday (12/18), starting at 8 a.m., with the wife, and ending at 4 p.m., with the sister. They will all take place separately and will each last two hours. Resignation
Torres was dismissed from the Federal Police (PF) in a decree published Wednesday (12/03) by the Minister of Justice, Ricardo Lewandowski. Besides him, the federal deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ) was excluded from the ranks of the Federal Police (PF).
The orders mention that it is the responsibility of the minister to carry out the act of dismissal, supported by the opinions of the MJSP, the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) and the Attorney General of the Union (AGU). The documents also explain that the act is consistent with a determination by the STF.
