
The National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) has issued a storm warning with a severity level of potential danger for 76 municipalities in Bahia. The alert began at 10 a.m. this Sunday (12/14) and continues until 10 a.m. Monday (12/15).

Rainfall of between 20 and 30 mm per hour or up to 50 mm per day is expected, in addition to intense winds, which can vary between 40 and 60 km/h, and hail in isolated areas. Although the risk is considered low, the agency mentions the possibility of power cuts, damage to plantations, falling tree branches and occasional flooding.
