Vacancies include:
- Intermediate level: administrative agent, accounting technician, building technician, draftsman and topography technician.

Brazilian law requires that any hiring of staff be authorized by the LDO, so the change had to be approved by the CLDF.
In addition to the nominations, MPs also approved the inclusion of priority actions requested by Novacap. This guarantees resources, not mentioned in the project, for services considered essential to the functioning of the city, such as:
- Construction of public buildings, hospitals and daycare centers.
- Maintenance of green spaces and landscaped areas.
- Recovery and resurfacing of public roads.
- Unblocking rainwater drains and maintaining rainwater networks.
The Secretariat of Economy also added the necessary actions to maintain the GDF administrative complex, including cleaning, monitoring and maintenance of public buildings – services that cannot be interrupted without direct impact on service to citizens.
Approved by the CLDF, the text now goes to Governor Ibaneis Rocha (MDB) for sanction.
