Haxx is the new visual identity of the energy group formerly known as Hafesa, a company with a decade of experience that, on the occasion of its anniversary, officially begins a new stage, with an image that better represents the moment in which it finds itself. This … The rebranding, which the company has been working on for almost two years, shows the company’s natural evolution towards a more modern and global model, ready to lead the future of energy trading and distribution. The launch of Haxx also represents the unification of all brands from the group’s various business units under a single corporate identity, reinforcing the consistency, strength and recognition of the brand nationally and internationally.
“Haxx symbolizes the energy that moves forward. A strengthened company, better prepared to compete with the largest in the sector, operating with agility, transparency and global impact. This brand represents who we are today, a company committed to operational excellence and strong, trusting relationships with our customers and suppliers,” says Diego Guardamino, CEO of Haxx.
The launch of Haxx coincides with a year marked by the stability of the company and the strategic strengthening of its infrastructure, consolidating the company as an important player in the energy sector both nationally and internationally.
The company plans to close the 2025 financial year with a turnover of 1,333 million euros and sales of 1,500 million liters of fuel, driven by the diversification of its activity, the growth of its logistics network and a renewed positioning which strengthens its international presence.
Trading: strengthening of the distribution model and greater operational autonomy
Haxx is moving forward in the consolidation of an alternative and complementary distribution system to the Exolum network, supported by the acquisition and integration of new storage plants. This model allows the company to strengthen its operational autonomy and gain flexibility in supply management.

Of the total volume sold in 2025, which amounts to 1,500 million liters, the majority was supplied by the Bilbao and Motril factories. Since last September, Haxx has also been operating from the new terminals in Cartagena and Malaga, which already constitute an active part of its distribution network. By 2026, the integration of the Ocaña terminal will strengthen coverage in the central area of the peninsula.
Storage terminals: an expanding network that places Haxx among the market leaders
The growth in activity in the terminal area has been particularly notable. The acquisition of ODT in Malaga and Tancar in Cartagena, as well as the start of construction of the new Ferrol terminal, allow the company to exceed 660,000 m³ of storage capacity, thus consolidating itself into the Top 5 national operators.

Haxx also obtained authorization for the Motril plant as a customs warehouse, reached a historic record in Bilbao – exceeding 100,000 m³ delivered in October – and is moving forward with the commissioning of the Ocaña terminal, which will begin operations before the end of the first quarter of 2026.
Service stations: a new model based on clean infrastructure
Concerning the service station business, the evolution has been towards a model based on its own strengths. The company is building its first service area in the Motril port area under the new Haxx image, which will integrate ultra-fast chargers for passenger cars and heavy goods vehicles.
At the same time, the company is redefining its strategy with a new approach that will focus on building its own stations according to a standardized model with the aim of strengthening investment control, optimizing development costs and ensuring network homogeneity, maintaining the objective of reaching 80 service stations in 2030.
Logistics: customer growth and fleet expansion
Haxx continues to expand its external customer base, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability through a robust logistics network. By 2026, it plans to increase its fleet to serve the future Ocaña terminal and supply the central area of the peninsula. At the same time, the company is considering the establishment of new logistics bases in Cartagena and Malaga, with the aim of optimizing the flows associated with its new terminals and strengthening its territorial coverage.
Aletteo: evolution towards new energy services
Aletteo, the group’s electricity marketing company, is celebrating its first year of establishment in a competitive market thanks to strategic alliances. By 2026, it is preparing to take a decisive step by registering as a gas operator, thus expanding the range of energy services that Haxx will make available to its customers.
A brand designed for the future
Haxx symbolizes the evolution of a company which is moving towards a global, more modern model focused on operational excellence. With a storage capacity that places it among the national leaders, a reinforced logistics network and a strategy centered on its own infrastructures, the company is inaugurating a stage based on trust, resilience and international ambition.
