Senac has consolidated new employability indicators which reveal, from different angles, the work situation of students who have recently graduated and have professional objectives with the chosen courses.
The new indicators represent a methodological innovation because they go beyond traditional market integration indicators, also taking into account the dimensions of career maintenance and progression.
According to the results, out of approximately 470 thousand former students who make up this universe, more than 250 thousand increased their employability after studying at Senac. Of these, around 147,000 found employment and around 75,000 remained active.
This approach broadens the understanding of student employability by considering different professional trajectories.
It not only identifies those who entered Senac without work and secured a place after completing their studies, but also maps those who were already working at the time of their registration, revealing how training contributed to the development and enrichment of their careers.
