A study conducted by Pluxee in partnership with Ipsos highlights an important change in the relationship between Brazilians and their work: 57% say they prioritize their personal life, while only 12% put work at the center of their life. The study surveyed 8,700 professionals in 10 countries (more than a thousand in Brazil) and reveals a trend towards more balanced engagement, marked by autonomy, purpose and different professional life cycles.
