A collection of videos found on a cell phone seized from Goiás Military Police Sergeant Hebert Beauvois reveals a disturbing pattern of violence, humiliation and cruelty.
sadistic recordings (Watch above) shows the soldier rubbing the barrel of a pistol equipped with a flashlight over the heads of terrified women.
In all cases, the victims were in a vulnerable position and were subjected to threats during illegal debt collection operations carried out by the criminal organization led by the same Sergeant and his wife, lawyer Tatianne Meirelles.
According to investigations, Bovoa (Picture below) He kept a collection of these scenes, which demonstrates his tendency to record women crying, being detained, and begging.

Police officers and lawyers tortured extortion victims with a baseball bat
Three of these victims have been identified. They were all charged the amounts allegedly owed to the group. In one of the most shocking incidents, a woman wrapped in a blanket did not know she had a debt: the debt had been contracted against her husband without her knowledge.
Corner women
In the images, women appear trapped, always in closed spaces, while a police officer points a gun in their faces, threatens to confiscate their mobile phones, shouts insults at them and forces them to confess to debts they often did not know they had.
According to the civilian police, the soldier also liked to record moments when he tried to explain himself through tears, behavior that investigators considered “ritualistic and absolute psychological control.”
The discovery of the group is part of the operation carried out last Friday morning (28/11) by the 5th Regional Police Station of Lusiania, on the outskirts of the Federal District, which resulted in the arrest of six people involved in a loan-sharing scheme, extortion, torture through kidnapping and money laundering.
Among the detainees:
- Sergeant Hebert Beauvois, who has been identified as a central figure in the attacks;
- Two other military police officers;
- Lawyer Tatianne Meirelles, wife of the head of the criminal organization;
- Two civilians.
More torture
The investigation began after a formal complaint filed by the Goiás Military Police itself, which identified evidence of the sergeant’s involvement in illegal activities.
In addition to videos of women being terrorized with weapons, Beauvois’ cell phone and the devices of others involved contained records of torture sessions against men who owed money to the gang.
In some recordings:
- Victims are shown kneeling, crying and being attacked with baseball bats, clubs and kicks.
- There are cries such as: “Here in Goiás you will learn how it works”;
- In one scene, the attacker orders the victim to stay there until “9 p.m.,” under the threat of more attacks.
Loan Shark Lawyer
Lawyer Tatianne Meirelles, in addition to providing legal support to try to protect the gang, was actively involved in the attacks. In one video, she repeatedly hits the victim with a baton and screams: “Get up! Raise your damn arm!”
She also appeared in another video leading the “money prayer,” which was performed on bundles of banknotes gathered in violent bundles, asking God to “return” the money and “double it.”
During the raids, the police seized:
- firearms;
- Objects used in attacks;
- About R$10,000 in cash;
- Many of the recordings were stored with the express purpose of controlling and intimidating victims.
Candidate for the position of advisor
The civil police stated that the gang operated with a specific structure, strong organization and systematic use of violence. Hebert Bovoa was a candidate for chancellor of the Liberal Party in 2024, and made extensive use of the image of former President Jair Bolsonaro in his election campaign.
He presented himself as a moral man, a family advocate and a strong critic of corruption — rhetoric that did not match the content on his cell phone.
During the election period, he drove around the city in three electric cars, attacking political opponents and the mayor’s family, which led to his legal conviction.
The soldier had spent a long period away from the Prime Minister’s activities due to psychological problems and had recently returned, although he was still not working on the streets.
Those detained in the operation must face extortion, torture, loan sharking, money laundering and other crimes. The Civil Police continues to analyze the seized materials, which may reveal new victims.
