The list sent contains seven names, including six independent directors. Bruno Lemos Ferrari, CEO of Oncoclinicas, Marcel Cecchi Vieira and Marcelo Gasparino da Silva, already members of the board of directors, are part of the list.
Latache’s proposal also includes the election of Marcelo Gasparino da Silva as the new chairman of the board of directors and the reappointment of Bruno Lemos Ferrari as vice-chairman of the board of directors.
