
With second place in the Brazilian Championship already assured, Palmeiras brought forward the vacation of four players before the match against Ceará. The teams face each other this Sunday (7/12), at 4 p.m. (Brasilia time), at the Arena Castelão.
The released players were: Gustavo Gómez, Murilo, Andreas Pereira and Vitor Roque. In total, Verdão has 11 absences. Piquerez and Raphael Veiga are suspended, while Weverton, Lucas Evangelista, Paulinho, Felipe Anderson and Emiliano Martínez are recovering from injuries.
With this, Verdão must say goodbye to 2025 with Carlos Miguel, Khellven, Benedetti, Micael and Jefté; Bruno Fuchs, Aníbal Moreno and Mauricio; Allan, Sosa and Flaco Lopez.
