Spanish tennis player Paula Badosa puts an end to a most complicated year. Professionally, his career was once again cut short by injuries, while his personal side was marked by the romantic breakup of Stéfanos Tsitsipaswho left a dart in his farewell message for 2025 on his social networks.
“This year has changed me. Many things have happened that have touched my heart: people who failed, promises that weren’t kept and moments that hurt more than I imagined”, begins by saying the Catalan, who also warns that “wonderful people have also arrived, the kind who seem to remind you that there is still light, sincere support and true love”.
Despite all the bad things he’s had to deal with this year, Badosa admits it’s taught him several lessons: “Every fall has taught me something, Every disappointment made me stronger and every moment lived left a mark “I learned to let go without resentment, to be grateful for the good, and to move forward even when I had no strength.”
In addition, it leaves a reflection on his way of loving. “I learned to give love without expecting anything in returnbecause when you love according to the truth, you already win,” he said.
“I continue to learn every day, heal little by little and become a better version of myself. This year hasn’t been easy but it was necessary, and that’s why it will always have a special place in my life.“, declares the Catalan before wishing a “Merry Christmas and New Year to all”.
