In Sweden they are looking for people to join to the Meltshop team in the electrical maintenance unit to work with demanding systems within steel production. The main function of the candidate will be ensure these operations are safe, reliable and efficient while they are being carried out preventive maintenance tasks.

Among the main functions of this job offer are:
- Repairs and preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in low and medium voltage systems.
- Diagnose electrical problems using tests, technical diagrams and plans to identify and correct faults.
- Program and configure electrical control systems.
- Inspect, repair and replace transformers, switches, wiring, light fixtures and other electrical components.
- Contribute to the optimization of maintenance programs and train operators in basic maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safe working conditions through lockout/tagout procedures and good housekeeping practices.
- Optionally, participate in Stegra’s internal rescue team after receiving specialized training and medical approval.
