According to investigators, he was jealous of the new relationship of his ex-wife, identified as Evelyn De Souza Saraiva, 38, and threatened to kill her several times.

The recordings show the moment Bruno confronted his ex-wife, who works in the sweets shop. He asks her to leave the institution. “Aren’t you leaving? Aren’t you leaving?” he insists, standing still with his arms crossed.

Moments later, he pulled out two pistols and fired at close range, causing her to instantly fall to her knees. Already on the ground, the woman looks towards Bruno, who is still shouting: “You think I’m joking, right? Now you see.”
