The year 2025 has been full of challenges, but also great achievements in the hotel sector. According to the Panorama da Hotelaria Brasileira 2025 study, the hotel occupancy rate in the third quarter of 2024 was 63%, an increase of 2% compared to the same period of 2023.
These data are a reason for pride and celebration, especially for Ramada and Tryp, of the Wyndham chain, in Brasilia (DF). Thus, this Thursday (12/05), the hotels celebrated together the results obtained this year, during a cocktail for customers who have signed with the hotel for both accommodation and events.
Thanks to the strong partnership, the hotel has prepared a special event for these guests with good music, under the direction of DJ Leo Guedez, a cocktail with a special menu specially prepared by chef Marcio, from the hotel restaurant, Villagio, in order to offer a moment of relaxation and relaxation.

For Divino Pereira, service coordinator at Voetur, whose client is Caixa Econômica, hotels are strategic for the client, because they are well centralized and offer good accommodation.
According to him, the client works with the two products offered by the network, such as accommodation and events. “Here we have a lot of comfort, we are next to the Esplanade and we have good visibility. The service is also at the forefront,” he reinforced.
As for Viviane Araújo, events and accommodation consultant at AGM Turismo, she chose to partner with Ramada and Tryp because of the brand itself, already known and appreciated in the market.

According to Nubia, hotels reached a new level of turnover in 2025. “The results have been very relevant, and the hotel is going through a period of consolidation of stocks (complete structure of rooms) and staff, particularly the sales team,” he assured.
Today, hotels are 100% prepared for tourism in the federal capital. “The corporate client is our main client, although we also have a leisure vocation. In fact, the city is not only more politically active, Brasilia has already become a hub for large events, such as concerts. So we have already shaped ourselves for this, from the corporate client to the weekend client”, he emphasized.
The director stressed that the hotels differentiate themselves by being new, central, efficient, with modern decoration and a privileged panoramic view; real postcards of the capital, under the direction of the Segundo de Almeida.

Outlook
For next year, according to the commercial director, the chain already has some objectives to improve its structure, such as the expansion of the gymnasium.
“Today the issue of well-being is very important for the customer. Even though we are next to Parque da Cidade, the customer gives priority to doing everything in one place,” he considered.
In addition, it is planned to increase the number of suite-type rooms, interesting for receiving more demanding guests.
