Ingredients
- 1 bottle of chilled white or rosé wine
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 sliced orange
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 shot of orange liqueur
- 200 ml sparkling water or lemon soda
- Ice cream to taste
Preparation method
- In a large pot, place all the fruits.
- Add the wine and orange liqueur.
- Top up with sparkling water or soda.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream.
