The community of owners Arroyovereda unanimously approved the opening of all legal actions and claims that would legally assist it against Sareb (Society for Asset Management arising from Bank Restructuring). The decision was taken during the Extraordinary General Meeting … took place last Wednesday, December 17, 2025 and, as the neighbors explained in a statement, it is the consequence of the “obvious and repeated inaction” over time of Sareb regarding the occupation of the houses it owns in Arroyo de la Encomienda (Valladolid).
The situation, which caused serious damage to both the community of owners and affected neighbors, was “unacceptable” to those residing in the complex.
The Community of Arroyovereda Owners thus reaffirmed its “commitment to the defense of coexistence, security and the rights of all neighbors”, and demanded that Sareb assume responsibilities “immediately” which correspond to you as the owner of the goods.
