According to the municipality, the adjustment is part of the process of enhancing public service and the balanced budget policy adopted since the start of the current administration, in 2021. The adjustment of public accounts allowed the town hall to resume granting annual increases to employees, a practice that had been interrupted in previous years.
In addition to the adjustment, the municipal administration is maintaining initiatives aimed at rewarding employees, such as the advance payment of salaries until the second working day of the month and the advance of half of the 13th salary.
The town hall will also continue the Results Agreement program, which provides for the payment of bonuses on December 30. The program rewards employees who achieve the objectives established by each authority in the municipality’s strategic planning. The bonus can reach the equivalent of two salaries maximum, depending on the performance of the secretariat and the individual evaluation of the employee.
This year again, the payment of the Christmas bonus is planned, in the amount of R$200, referring to 2025. The benefit will be intended for active and inactive municipal employees with remuneration of up to R$10,626.
