“What we’ve tried to do, and I think we’ve made some progress, is figure out what the Ukrainians can live with that will give them security guarantees for the future,” Rubio told Fox News host Sean Hannity.
The Secretary of State also added that the United States hopes the agreement will allow them “not only to rebuild their economy, but also to thrive as a nation.”
