Saber Viver, a program created by therapist and multi-entrepreneur Melissa Paula, is entering a new phase. The attraction, which prioritizes well-being, health and quality of life, begins its new season with an expansion of programming, daily broadcast and arrival on the national network and also in Portugal.
The program, which until then was only broadcast on Saturday mornings, at 9 a.m., is now also available on weekdays, at 6 a.m., on TV Alterosa, SBT subsidiary in Minas Gerais. In addition to being part of the daily life of minors, the program is also part of the content schedule of the Com Brasil TV channel, with national and international reach. Broadcast at 8 a.m., Saber Viver is available to the public in the State of São Paulo and Greater São Paulo on open digital television 53.2 as well as on operators Sky, Net, Claro, Oi and Vivo for countries such as Portugal.
Founded with the proposition of “providing therapeutic content in a light and natural way”, Saber Viver focuses on topics such as health, behavior, entrepreneurship, well-being and quality of life. The attraction provides a space for professionals looking to increase their authority and visibility through “serious, welcoming and relevant content.”
For presenter Melissa Paula, the program was born out of personal inspiration and a desire to help professionals in the therapeutic and aesthetic fields bring quality content and knowledge to viewers, talking about wellness and encouraging audiences to take better care of their health.
According to Melissa, “the success of the proposal has already won several national and international awards, thus strengthening the impact of the project in the television market. With the new season and its wide expansion, Saber Viver strengthens its role as one of the main programs dedicated to well-being and human development, reaching more and more homes in Brazil and around the world.”
