The Secretary General of the PSOE and President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, accompanies this Sunday the socialist candidate in the Extremadura elections, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, at an event in Cáceres. This visit comes after a very difficult week for the PSOE, with several cases of sexual harassment within the PSOE and new corruption scandals, with several arrests and entry of the UCO into three ministries to request information.
This Sunday’s event will take place at the San Francisco Cultural Complex, in the capital of Cáceres, and will also include the intervention of the local secretary of the PSOE of Cáceres, Belén Fernández. This is Pedro Sánchez’s third visit to Extremadura as part of the electoral agenda of the regional elections, after having participated, during the pre-campaign, in an event in Mérida on November 19, and on Thursday of last week he opened the PSOE campaign, in Plasencia.
