President Pedro Sánchez shows the secrets of the Palace of Moncloa, in a new video on Instagram, with laughter and expressions to make everything more spontaneous and closer.

“Today I’m going to make you a little tour of the house through the Palacio de la Moncloa in the style of Isabel Preysler”, announces the president at the start of the recording.

But he gets stuck and has difficulty pronouncing the name of the queen of coated paperlaughs while looking at the camera and you have to repeat the scene.

Finally, we accompany Sánchez to what he calls “the clock room, because it is presided over by a wind-up clock like the one you see here.”

In reality, it is a monumental lamp, which marks the hours.

“A lot of things happened in this room at the beginning of democracy,” explains Sánchez, “this is where the Councils of Ministers of Adolfo Suárez and Felipe González were held during their first years.”
