Santos Cerdán goes to the Tavala Courts, in Navarra, to sign for the first time

Former Secretary of the Socialist Party Organization Santos Cerdán on Monday fulfilled for the first time his judicial obligation to Signing every two weeks in court. Cerdan, identified by the UCO as the alleged leader of a criminal organization, is waiting in his hometown of Navarra, Milagro, for the end of the investigation of the case affecting him in the Supreme Court and the eventual opening of the trial. The former socialist leader secretly went to the court closest to his home, where he would have to go every two weeks, to comply with one of the measures imposed on him in exchange for his release from prison.

His former second-in-command in the Senate

This Thursday, the Senate will question Juanfran Serrano, Cerdán’s former second-in-command and current Socialist Workers Party MP in Parliament. The investigation committee focused on the so-called Koldo casewhich has already spread its tentacles even further.
