Santos president Marcelo Teixeira spoke about keeping Neymar in the team. The striker returned to the São Paulo coast side this season and was one of the top scorers in the campaign that kept Peixe in Serie A of the Brazilian Championship.
“Neymar’s project runs until the 2026 World Cup. We do this evaluation every six months and that’s another time. But we will do everything possible for Neymar to stay,” the agent said.
