Mobility
Among the main advances is the delivery of the first stage of the Rodoanel Norte. Expected for around twenty years, the work is considered strategic for state logistics.
The section is part of the metropolitan road network and aims to reduce truck traffic on the capital’s roads, in addition to improving the movement of goods between state and federal highways.
Another major project is the Santos-Guarujá tunnel, an underwater connection between the two municipalities of Baixada Santista. The work, historically discussed as a solution for port and urban mobility in the region.
With an estimated investment of BRL 6.8 billion, the project involves the construction of an 870-meter tunnel under the port canal, with three lanes in each direction, a crossing for pedestrians and cyclists and a service gallery.
In addition to enabling historic integration, the works will reduce travel time by up to 5 minutes and lead to the restructuring of mobility in Baixada Santista.
In the area of rail transportation, the state government has also developed the 17-Gold Metro Line, a monorail system that connects the southern area of the capital to Congonhas Airport. After years of interruptions, the project is in the final phase of implementation.
Social actions

Regularization of housing and land
Housing policy has expanded with the creation of Casa Paulista, a program which brings together subsidies, financing and partnerships with municipalities to facilitate access to housing.
With investments of 8 billion reais, 76,000 families realized their dream of owning their own home through the largest housing program in the history of the state.
In addition, the government has intensified land regularization actions, promoting the legalization of urban properties in different regions. The measure guarantees legal security to beneficiary families and facilitates access to public services such as water, energy and sanitation.
Public health
In the area of health, the State has increased its investments through the SUS Paulista Table, a mechanism that complements the amounts paid by the Unified Health System.
The government specifies that the transfers made it possible to multiply funding up to five times, with a direct impact on the service capacity of the partner and the hospital network.
Since 2023, more than 8,000 beds have been reactivated and the state has completed a record 3.5 million elective surgeries in three years.
