São Paulo published this Tuesday (23) the list of 30 players registered to participate in the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior. Tricolor has maintained expectations and will use athletes who have already had experience in the main tournament team.
The list includes fullback Nicolas, midfielder Pedro Ferreira and forwards Paulinho and Lucca, who have had opportunities throughout the season under Hernán Crespo. The latter made his debut for the main team under the orders of Luís Zubeldia and has already played ten matches, scoring one goal.
Additionally, São Paulo has a base that won the Under-20 Copa do Brasil earlier this month. Tricolor opted to use Cotia’s offspring in the Copinha instead of the Campeonato Paulista, even with an earlier and tighter schedule.
