Marta Silva, Brazilian player voted best six times in the world, will see her story told in a biopic. The film will be directed by Andrucha Waddington and stars The Secret Agent actress Alice Carvalho.
The film is in the early stages of production and is still finalizing additional actors for casting. Names like Giullia Buscacio, who auditioned for the production, are considered one of Marta’s girlfriends, according to Extra.

Alice Carvalho gained national recognition when she joined the cast of the remake of Renascer, in 2024. She also starred in several national productions such as Cangaço Novo and Guerreiros do Sol. His most recent work was in O Agente Secreto, a Brazilian feature film vying for a spot at the 2026 Academy Awards.
